Why would you post this? Basically telling everyone the retail price is a joke. The real number is 20% off.

Retail price is not a joke, if you have a brick and mortar shop you may be able to get MSRP, but online retailers tend to discount all brands of "production" cues by 20% unless otherwise told by the manufacturer.

Good reason for one price, non negotiation. Offer those that purchase a cue from a free yearly inspection. They send it in on their dime. Inspect then upsell a new tip, etc when you inspect.
