G W Collection cue that appears to be a Sierra cue on ebay.

Does anyone know why a cue that appears to be a Sierra would have a G W Collection logo on it (and not a Sierra logo)?

The 2 cues appear to be identical (other then the leather wrap, that I assume was added by maybe a cue maker).

I am just looking for opinions on what you think the cue (in the ebay auction) is worth.

I know that the cue is probably a Chinese import (even if it is a Sierra), but I still do not know what they are worth on the used market.

Please do not be a troll, and give goofy (non serious) replies.

Is it completely straight ?? If yes add $200.
Is the taper neither pro nor conical. Pls add another 200
Is the finishing sticky or too smooth. Add another 200.
Is he gonna ship exactly by the minute . Another 200.
Is he gonna reply instantly . Add another 500.
Will he be another victim of ur pm or forum spamming ?

Now for everyone's sake before u buy it n start posting bout your disappointment on ur new buy , please walk into a brick n mortar store n choose a cue , feel and test it physically n buy one that you like.

Seems that the seller in that ebay auction lives in Indiana and if memory serves you are from there too. Maybe you have crossed paths before

Yes, it is Chinese.


NO, it is not a Sierra. I am 100% sure.

The Sierra has a 14 pin. 100% sure. This is an 18 pin. 100% sure.

The cue sold for too much because the seller misrepresented it as a Sierra and because somebody put a bogus GW sticker on it. 90% sure.


The GW sticker was most likely just stuck on there by somebody IMHO. I am not accusing the seller.


These cues have been sold under several brands. Sierra has the 14 pin. Cobra had the 18 pin. Slyfoxx had the 18 pin.


I have a Cobra and Slyfoxx example. I want an unbranded one like that one and I want a Sierra. No way I am paying those prices though.


EDIT: Manufacturer was Kao-Kao.


I would put the cue under $200. Maybe $150.
