Gabriels 2.0 heater issue?

I've had my table a little over 2 yrs. now and last week the heater stopped working :(

Has anyone else had this problem?

Does anyone know if Gabriels tables have a warranty at all?

Anybody know a clever way to replace the heater jacket without completely removing the slates from the table? :( :( :(

I'm asking here because Gabriels will not respond at all.

Are the heater wires not suspended under the slates in an enclosed volume?

Well, yes- the heater "jacket" looks similar to a moving blanket- 5x10 with grommets on the perimeter that sit over the slate mounting bolts. Then the slates sit on top of it.

did you buy new directly from gabriels?

they dont have time to respond to smaller outfits
just big money elitists

better to ask mr yura who works on them for a living
if on facebook its' nothing but billiards 'page

Yes bought it new- thru Mazin Shooni. (not a used tournament table- brand new)
When I first emailed Gabriels- they booted me to Shooni with no comments at all about the problem.
Shooni said he would check on it- but doesn't respond any further past that -at all.
Customer service? "We don't need no customer service- just your money"

thats sad to hear but not at all a surprise
