I came into a little free money and would like to check out prices on a basic Gilbert cue. I don't want anything fancy unless you're willing to give it away  lol I'm looking for something around $400...Somebody has GOT TO have something for this type of money, right? I like the basic one Troy has in his ebay store, but too much for me right now though that is the type of cue I'd like to have. I prefer it not to be a sneaky, but for this money, whats my chances of that, huh? lol Send offers to: yamahariderr6@hotmail.com please I'll let ya' know one way or the other. Thanks in advance guys, Jeff

I'll give this about a week or so for offers unless I get the "right" offer sooner, then I'll just give up I guess  :D

I have two gilberts my self and congrats on wanting one, there great cues!!! But the only ones i see in that price range are his jump/breaks. Which is a great cue, put a good tip on it and play with it. I have one of his fancey J/B's with a playing shaft and a break shaft and with the playing shaft it hits as good as my reg. gilbert player! Good luck and ill keep my eye open for one.

All in all, I've had 4 Gilbert cues. 2 j/b's and 2 NICE playing cues, 1 new and 1 used. I like and miss my 1st Gilbert the most though...It went to SkippyFL a looong time ago. I should have kept that one! I'll be the proud owner of one again soon

you stated the one in the link looks very used, but for $400 i think used is going to be what you get if you need a Gilbert.seems like $400 would be fair for that cue.

yep

Yeah, probably. I know it'll be used, and I don't worry about that...It must be straight and in great shape though. A few little nicks would be fine, just nothing in the shaft and few in the butt would be optimal. Thanks for the question so I can better explain what I'm looking for

Tony!!!

Tony, I replied by email to you about the Gilbert you offered. Please post pics here and PM me specs and a shipped price please. Thanks Tony, Jeff
