wow...if that wasn't enough proof, what is.

It took me alot to get a scam auction shut down. I even posted the scam on here. I did get it shut down, but it took alot of effort on my part so someone would'nt get scammed.

Matt

they probably had to go through a process and made you go through one as well, just to legitimize your claim.

what has happened? what ever happened to people making a honest living!. I just sold a cue on ebay and its in indonisia and iam affraid to ship it?

bill if i were you i would hold on to the cue and funds for about 2 weeks. you will know if its stolen.

withdraw the funds from paypal. i sold a palmer overseas and the day after i sent it out paypal contacted me to tell me the funds were un authorized. by then the cue was already gone... i was a huge hastle.

so now when i sell cues overseas i tell them it will be a short wait to insure my saftey

I have a cue for sale on e-bay now and someone asked if i would ship overseas. I told them once the money clears i would ship it anywhere they paid to have it shipped to. Money first my friend.

thats not the prob. money can clear but card is stolen and that person doesnt realize is missing and doesnt report it in a timely fashion. i shipped out the cue. unauthorized transaction reported. then paypal refunds the card and comes after you for the amount. i sent it to confirmed address and was still held liable. it was a hacked account. they denied my claim and i was out the cash and the cue
