Hi linda-
Those are AMF - model is the Grand Prix. They were made in the late 60's. Their list price was about $1,700.
They used a 'rubber' feather strip that was a great material. The frame was 'floating' and very easy to level. The slaate frame was WAY too hard of a wood-and the rail hardware was alittle substandard.
They were OK to play on. Same rail bolt pattern as Bruns, Gandy, Murray, etc.

Thanks Mark for the info. I happened across these 2 tables in a little town in OR. I played on 1 downstairs, but couldn't fade the red cloth.
