Glue Adhesive for pie shaped shafts??

Could you please tell me what adhesive is used to glue together the pie shaped pieces to make the shaft.

Nothing holds wood better than wood glue. I imagine that's what is used. It's sure what i'd use.

I'm not going sit here and tell you I know what glue predator uses, but I know what works if you are looking to do your own.

Titebond of any number 1, 2, or 3 would work as long as you glue up with a generous amount of squeeze out. That is what it is made for. You need enough clamping pressure to get the cure the bond. That is the real trick behind using titebond.

This is what I use for all wood! Period. When I build or repair a guitar which is under constant pressure, it works! Easy clean up with water and paper towel it is fantastic. The bond is tighter and stronger than the wood itself. The item will break in another place, before it would ever break where it is glued.
