A professional doesn't get installed like a Pro-Am. It doesn't come mostly pre assembled like a Pro-Am if I remember right. How can you mess up a diamond install?

Give the job to an experienced hacker. The Professional does not come with the cloth on it. Let an authorised dealer handle it and watch what happensHow can you mess up a diamond install?
My Professional install was horrible. Got it pretty good now, and will fully correct when recovering. It's more common to hear of bad installs than good with the 3 piece tables. One piece, is a simple fix if not installed correct, not so with 3 piece. How can you mess up a diamond install?

Now that is a really horrible install. Mine is great, fantastic actually in comparison to that.Give the job to an experienced hacker. The Professional does not come with the cloth on it. Let an authorised dealer handle it and watch what happens
Man that sucks!! If I lived in your neck of the woods, even though I am not a pro, I would fix that for you. Where is the pride in one’s work now a days?Give the job to an experienced hacker. Sorry to laugh but that is hilarious!Give the job to an experienced hacker. The Professional does not come with the cloth on it. Let an authorised dealer handle it and watch what happens
Yes rail were covered. What pisses me off is the tech told me the cloth will tighten up after while. I looked at him and asked Promise?Sorry to laugh but that is hilarious!
It looks to me like it was the first time they attempted to install a cloth that required gluing to the slate edge.
Did the rails on the professional come pre-assembled from Diamond?
The company I bought the table from gets a deposit and payment in full before delivering.why did you pay him before it was installed properly. or did you.
if he told you that then you definitely should have told him you will pay when it does or do it right .
Most are joke and never learned from the right people. Take no pride in their work...and would not know a beautiful job if they saw one.most of these hack guys are bar table installers.
Sad that I was not surprised... My intentions were to get it redone if not satisfied. Sadder is the installer where I got from stopped being hands on..his relatives run the business. He was suppose to be a 1st class operator.the old saying , paying in advance insures a bad job.
you had no chose if you used them though.
Pride is on back of the milk carton. LOST.Man that sucks!! If I lived in your neck of the woods, even though I am not a pro, I would fix that for you. Where is the pride in one’s work now a days?
Are you saying you are probably going to be able to purchase a knockoff GC7 in the PI for 2 or 3G? Or Brunswick actually drops the price in the PI?This table is probably manufactured in China! Or at least all the parts are and then shipped to the U.S. for assembly. It looks like an updated version of the GC4, with a touch of Metro decor added. If so, you can probably buy one in the Philippines at a fraction of the U.S. price. Maybe two to three grand over there.
I grew up in a room with about 17 GC's, every one of them had ball counters. My Anniversary has BC's.Yea bro. I basically learned how to play pool on GC. There aren't many places with a room filled with the ball counter GC's. You see this is what my memory of them are.
I am actually surprised that you are so shocked by it.
Didn't everyone play on GC's with ball counters? I mean they were a staple before Diamond.
Every Brunswick table that was manufactured in China was available at a bargain price compared to the price in America. I can remember when we were buying Brunswick Metro's here for $1,000 US brand new! These were not knockoffs either. All the big poolrooms had them at one time, and they were damn good tables. I'm not sure that is still the case now since the Chinese are pushing their own brands and not Brunswick. I suspect a new GC7 could be had here if you have the right connections. And you definitely would not be paying $12,500, maybe half that or less. Are you saying you are probably going to be able to purchase a knockoff GC7 in the PI for 2 or 3G? That is the ugliest sh!t I have ever seen in my life!!!!!! Clearly it was the first time they ever installed cloth. I cant believe they used duct tape. I think I would have Googled some videos while they were there and showed them how it was supposed to be done and how it should look, pretty much exactly opposite of what they did. Now I see why you complained so much about the crap set up you got, I'm sorry that you had to suffer that. I did a way better job on my GCI and I never intended to set up my own table or even know how to do it, I just couldn't find anyone in my area that was doing decent work. I figured rather than pay someone for shitty work I might as well see if I can Forrest Gump my way thru and end up with a better job because I actually cared about the finished product.Give the job to an experienced hacker.
