I found a table that the owner said was 10 x 6, I have never seen a pool table that big, (other then a snooker table) I asked him to measure cushion to cushion and he came up with 106" x 56", he said there was a tag on it that said Brunswick Gold Crown III AK. Does this make sense, please let me now if these are worth as much or more the a normal GC III.

Thanks,
Tom

He is measuring wrong from somewhere. You are correct in measuring nose to nose but regulation means width is half length. Nine footers are 50x100,next size would be ten footer which would be 56x112.The Ak are production codes.

I typed it wrong, GC III 56x112 is the measurement. So these are not refit tables, they made 10 ft table.

is it a pocket table or a billiard table?
i think they made a 5/10 billiard table

This one looks to be in good shape, would it be worth more, less, or the same as a gold crown 9'.

That's tough to say. On one hand, ten foot is not a common size today but every now and then you run into someone willing to pay more for one.
For us ten footers are a tougher sell.

Wow never heard of a 10' gold crown other than the 3 cushion model.
If you buy please post up some pics

god crown ak

I have one of those tables. It is more then likely a 10ft snooker table that has been converted. Ask him how many dots are on the table. Mine hase one per rail as a snooker would. Hope this helps

10' Gold Crown lll

I have a 10' Gold Crown lll pool table...It was converted from a snooker table.. There is only 1 dot per side rail and a brunswick name plate on each end rail..The pockets are 4" at the opening.. It Plays awesome..
Great for one pocket..
