Gold Crown questions

The gold crown looks to be in decent shape. Needs some work on the legs. Anything can be fixed, it all comes down to price for table. Care to share with us? You will get much better responses.

I dont think the tables pictures are that bad, they just need some work. Just want to get a more qualified opinion if its possible from these pictures.

The cosmetics of the legs and such are not as important as the table tops and how they play. The pics you posted show tables that appear to be in good shape. Question is how do they play and by that I mean each table. You won't get much feedback piecemealing 2 or 3 tables.

since you state you know nothing of table work you would be best served bringing in an experienced mechanic (cuephoric?) to examine all of the equipment and quote any necessary repairs.

Yea, Shane will be in Okla this weekend, and I am supposed to call him. I am gonna try and get him to come up and take a look at them...a guy recovered the tables, they look nice, but pocket sizes are not all the same, some tables have slight rolloff...in between the pieces of slate you can feel thet the 2 pieces are not flush....I just think they need to be redone all over by someone that knows what they are doing....
 
By the pics, the table is a Gold Crown II(which is the only one that was offered with the ashtrays in the corner castings). I agree with previous comment, if the table plays fine,and the slate is good,definitely worth the effort to fix them up.
