Gold Membership Problem

so I sign on this morning and to my surprise (with no advance notice) I have been changed from a gold member to a silver member. I assume my one year subscription has expired. I am not a member of paypal and do not ant to be one do I tried to use my credit card. it is the same one I used before but this time it told me it could not verify the 3 number security on the back of the card.....I reentered the number 3 times as it is the same number as before, no luck...anyone else have the same problem? also, early in the am on est the website is very slow compared to other websites I go to this early in the morning. anybody else experience this too?

My second time trying to get this resolved. Made payment and still showing Silver. I'm on this site everyday and would like to support it. But, it seems as I get older, this kind of little thing sticks in my craw. Easy remedy for me, won't renew membership next time. And yes I did send more than one message to get this resolved to no avail.

AZ is missing an opportunity, imo

AZ is missing an opportunity, imo, by not having a mechaniusm in place to notify and make it real easy to renew gold memberships when they are about to expire.

My Gold membership disappeared a few weeks ago and I've been meaning to renew but haven't had the time, or maybe more accurately, made the time to investigate how to do it.

I'll bet I'm not alone in my either being too lazy, distracted, or perhaps just too technologically challenged to get this taken care of.

Whatever the case, at least for me, it's def has nothing to do with not wanting to support az by keeping my gold status going.

best,
brian kc

Mine shows Silver on top and Gold right under it. My Gold membership expires in May 2015, it should be Gold on top.

Scott and rjb click user CP at the top left just under Marketplace. Look to the far left of your sceen after that and click Group Memberships. Choose the AZB Club member preference and it will change it to solid gold.

Thanks from me too Allen and I also had my membership expire(without notice).

Also, am having trouble resetting my email preference to get an email message when someone sends me a PM. Missed out on two purchases but I'm thankful that these are the worst of my problems right now.

Best to everyone this holiday season
