Golden Fleece Billiards, Kenmore, WA: Exemplary!

Every time my wife wants to head south for some shopping I grab my cue and race across the border. Drop her off at the Outlet stores and step on the gas for the Fleece.

The best combination of Equipment, Room and prices you will ever find. If they made cappuccino (OK I'm Old school but soft) I would get a Green Card and move.

Oh by the way Craig's place (Full Splice) a couple hours south is great as well.

Man, I have to disagree with every point in this post.

I'd love to have a decent pool hall that had a jukebox (that was loud enough to hear, but you could still converse over). Every place that I have been playing has garbage music chosen by the idiots who work there. I. CANNOT. LISTEN. TO. ANYMORE. BLACK-EYED PEAS!!!

If it takes you more than 2min to walk the balls up to the counter, that is on you and the time should keep running or double in price (if there is a waiting list).

Energy drinks offer a pretty decent profit margin, you might as well ask the hall to go out of business and nobody is making you drink them. As for alternatives, I'd rather see my opponent chugging redbull than using meth, coke or speed--which are all to present at many pool halls.

As for the OP, I have only been in Golden Fleece once. The owner, Dave, was super nice--he asked me if there was something wrong when I left after playing alone for an hour and a half. The tables were immaculate. The atmosphere was all pool hall.

The only problem I had is that in the 1.5 hrs I was there two fat regulars put their obese asses in my face multiple times when I was already down for a shot. I cannot hold that against the place, but it makes me not want to return, which is sad since it is the closest hall to my house.

dld--misses the 211 every day.

Sorry dude. I re-read your post. I was just being a jerk as usual. I have black eye peas on my ipod. I'm a music lover. I can't help playing devils advocate somehow to stir things up.

yes. I'm apologizing for being inconsiderate of others taste in music. I'm just selfish. I want to old poolhall days back.

Dear pool Gods: I will change my ways...muah.

But you out of line about the table time doubling on us pool players! burn! j/k. later ya'll. support your poolhalls.

Nick - If the Outlet stores you drop your wife off at are next to the Tulalip Casino then you are less than a mile from my house... I'm just on the opposite side of I-5... and I also have a Diamond 9' Pro Am with tourn blue 860 in my recently refinished garage... exactly the same equipment at Dave's place. As a matter of fact it was playing on Dave's equipment that sealed the deal for me... I had to have a Diamond Pro Am set up exactly like Dave's tables. Up until that time I was looking at a Gold Crown.

BTW, my prices are even less than Dave's. ;)

PM me if you are interested. I'm always looking for another pool partner.
