I (shooter) think it’s good and my opponent thinks it’s bad. What do you think and why? There is a wager pending. Lol

Happy to cut you in, you got 10%Simple call. I'll confirm Fatboy's call for 10% of his end.
It looked pretty clear at normal speed. It's possible that the cue ball barely brushed the 9 before it hit the 8. As in, barely rocked the 9 a 64th of an inch. That would not be visible on the video. The ruling cannot be made on possibilities. There is no clear evidence of a foul.
Yeah, but insitu with normal technology can what you describe be noticeable? Maybe yes with frame by frame NFL technology. It's possible that the cue ball barely brushed the 9 before it hit the 8. I suppose you could have a 1000 frame-per-second camera zoomed in in the contact points in cases like this. Shouldn't be too much trouble.Yeah, but insitu with normal technology can what you describe be noticeable? Maybe yes with frame by frame NFL technology.
Yes, it did. But we cannot be absolutely certain it was a good hit. In that position, the cue ball passed where it might have had contact with the 9 ball before it hit the 8 ball. Maybe the cue ball barely brushed the 9 in passing and then hit it again after it hit the 8. Such a sequence is possible. It looked pretty clear at normal speed.
