Goofy Rule Question

In league it is important to call the rules fairly. People are there to learn the game and play it correctly, even when starting out. ...:ROFLMAO:
Yup. Instead we have leagues in which 95% of the players have no idea what the rules are. Just look at some of the rulings discussions on FaceBook.

If you really want to give some slack to a beginner, first be sure that they know what the rule is in the situation. Then you can say, "Let's do this other way instead because you didn't know, but the next time we have to use the real rule."

It was some lady that has 129 robustness and a FargoRate of 52.

Damn....129 games under her belt and she's skipping the whole part about striking the cb first? Slow learner I guess. Or just not much on paying attention to what she's doing.

I thought with cue ball fouls only and as it was a brain fart and not deliberate plus no other balls were dislodged. Couldn’t they just replace the ball and he plays his shot as supposed to with the white?

Cue ball fouls only does not cover a situation like this, it's only accidental incidental contact with other balls. Hitting the object ball before the cueball is a foul (say if you are over a ball and hit the ball first then the cueball with the tip).
