This is the nicest JMW cue I have ever seen. The figure in the cocobola forearm is incredible and the ebony is perfect, nice and black. Cue has about 50 ivory inlays, ivory ringwork with abalone dots, ivory piloted joint, and ivory ferrules on both shafts. The cue is in like new condition and has only been played a couple of times (Test Hit  ). SOLD!!

Specs:

Butt: 15.38 oz....29"....piloted full ivory joint

Shaft 1: 4.11 oz....29"....13.04 mm....ivory ferrule

Shaft 2: 4.12 oz....29"....12.98 mm....ivory ferrule

Everything is straight together and apart

I was the first to own this beautiful cue and construction and execution are FLAWLESS! The rings in this cue get me everytime.

I know this question might be dumb but I looked everywhere and I couldn't find any answers to this :

What is the difference in playability if a cue has ivory joints ? Is it a different feeling when hitting the balls ?

Thanks

In my opinion an ivory joint plays a little softer than a steel joint. This joint plays a little more similar to steel due to it being piloted. I think no matter what, it's what you prefer personally. You need to just buy it and start forming your own opinions  !

OK, I'm taking it off hold now, it's been two days and I haven't heard from Petros. Cue is the nicest James White I have seen!

Thanks,

Doug
