Playing a man about 40-45 years old skinny straggly fella. We playing cheap $5 a game then $10. Well we are both feeling good I am up $40 after about an hour then his friend (backer) says shall we up it young man. I say sure so we settle on $50 a set race to 3. I get up $200 he flips agajn and goes to the bathroom. I am high fiving my buddy next minute we here the truck speed off. ***** went out the back exit and the staker had the car truck running. Blue pick up with Washington plates.

Anyone see's this **** give him a glasgow kiss from me. And thoughts should I had him post when we agreed $50 a set? Never had this problem before and he payed the 40 so I was in a trusting mood.
 
It seems when they pay off so they can start playing for more...you're in trouble.

I had a guy playing $40 1P & wanted to pay up when it was going back & forth at me up 4 games. He said he wanted to pay off & get the coin back to 0 to wipe out the mental block he had. He didn't want to jack the bet, just "start fresh". Yep, he air-barreled me for another $160. I got a twenty here & there over the next few years & wrote off the last $80.

That sucks man especially since sounds like you know the guy. I have mixed views on the posting as I believe appearance has a lot to do with it. there has been times when I have got into a game and the guy wants to put it on the light and I say I dont have it but I put my card behind the bar. Reason being I don;t want to take cash out the ATM if I don;t have too. However I see the problem some people would have with this. I guess posting is the only full proff way of not getting stiffed.
 
Well, that sucks. I am sure you will get money back over life time and he will lose more than that

No that would be a Chelsea grin, and unless I am mistake we as called Glasgow kiss a headbutt (we as people from Dundee)

but yes dinner full of kippers is a classic, granted west and east side of Scotland have different interpretations but the banter is always class.
