On the recommendation of a Friend I would like to TRY...MILK Dud Tips

I have Heard they Play Well and are Best when Soaked But I don't know what the difference is between Soaked vs Unsoaked.....Somebody Please Enlighten Me

Message Jeff, goes by pooldawg8 here on the forum. He makes good ones and they're cheaper than you'll probably find anywhere else.
