Well i waited for 6 months for my Mezz after an earthquake tsunami and nuclear meltdown i go it ! i only hit a few balls so far and i have:smile: to say it feels solid and hits like a one piece cue ,will post later bout reviews

they have stopped making this production cue
Well i have noticed that im able to apply more spin , i wonder if its cuz of moori tip? the united joint is solid , i was thinking of putting on my fav tip the dudley , i got them from pooldawg , but so far so good it feels balanced , smooth , solid, superior glossy finish. I am assuiming balanced cuz i ordered 19oz but it feels like 18 , overall u cant go wrong with Mezz

i just had the shaft turned down a hiar and my dealer liked the rings on it he sed thats very dense wod , maybe thats why im getting more spin:thumbup:
seems like they discontinue all the really cool models. a good friend of mine had the same model but the woods were reversed

You use jeff's tips too! the guy's tips are the nutz. i wish some of the layered tip makers out there (moori, talisman, kamui....) could make their tips as consistent.

Yes i use dudleys from Pooldawg , i bought 2 and one is on my lucasi thati always play with and i do break with as well , damn good duds, so now im gonna ripoff that moori and put dudley on my Mezz, my dealer thinks im crazy using elkmaster but they work for me been using them since 07

I know what it feels like, a kid on Christmas morning. With that said, "when I fall in Love with a cue", I don't play as well. I've tried to dissect it mentally Ad infinitum... Sub-consciously, I truly believe I have some portion of my brain thinking about how pretty/nice my cue is, instead of the game??? I like simple, functional cues.
I'm not making a joke. I can "settle" in to a decent bar cue in a game or two. "Pretty" personal custom cue's are a whole different matter.
That's my two cent's , for what it's worth.
A few years ago i bought a cheap Elite cue cuz i liked the way it looked , didnt hit good , shaft was warped ,changed the tip to a dud then it hit great and i used it alot , won alot too , maybe it was in my head , but its wats u feel comfy with

I have a similar style cue with curly maple points, one ebony veneer into purple heart.
It was one of three versions and cancelled first - maybe because Mezz pics didn't do it justice.
Anyways, I get compliments about it whenever people see it in person.

wooooooooow! freaking nice , besides looking kewl it hits solid right?,I am very pleased with mine and i just installed a pooldawg dudley today , cant wait to get home and run a rack or two, we should get greenies for awesome cues .:thumbup:
