Got my new Starkey !!!

Received my Starkey cue today. Here are some pics and my thoughts on it.

Overall the cue is finished very nice. Beautiful wood - Bacote / BEM. I hit a few balls with it and the hit is great. It moves the cue ball around very nice. The shaft and tip are a little large for my tastes. I may have them turned down to around 12.5mm.

I will hit more tomorrow and add any other info !!

There's something different about how Starkey's finish feels. More ??? ... more satin like or smoother. I don't know the word to describe it but it's sure a pleasure to play with his cues.
