Came back from 0-5 and to the top 64. He makes 9 ball human again! I mean he acts the way most of the time I feel when I play altough I don't act it out LOL:D. He is fun to watch...

Love him or hate him (I love him;) ) Earl is fun to watch, and NEVER boring- it was great to see him come back like that.:)

Was is the match against Tan where Earl said to the ref, "The guy is trying to shark me!":D

before the match point at Tan and said " if this guy as injured as me, he would not have a chance !" LOL Georgina Chang ( the interviewer) froze and dont know what to say, and you coud see how akward she was ;)

Ah, Georgina- speaking of racks... she's been using hers to full advantage this tournament.;)

I was in Earl's corner during the match. I knew he could do it, but he has to believe in himself. He showed up complaining about everything, and saying he was going to lose.

Brian & Buddha,
Sorry I will miss you this time in S.E.A. I intend to visit both of you when I can.

That was the first match for both. I was in Earl's corner for that one too. Tan played great, but in the end, he didn't make it through.

He lost the last match this morning at about 2:30 AM.

Agreed

dont care how entertaining he is..he is a whining little bit**!

I was right there. Believe me, he said things I won't repeat.

Everyone respects his game, and his accomplishments. If he would just show up and act the role of a champion, like Steve Davis, the world would love him.

Instead he has become kind of a circus side show to the Asian fans. I don't think he is a bad guy. I just think he needs professional help, and professional handlers.

I am curious--does the rest of the world think Earl is a reflection of the U.S., or do they just think Earl is Earl?

I'm sure it's the latter. Most US sportsmen or women don't act like him. It does make for interesting viewing though!

Yes, it certainly does. Reminds me of watching John McEnroe--you never knew just what was going to happen.

Ok Earl is a champ. a Living Legend. in the next 100 years I don't think somebody would accomplish what he did. ALSO FOR ME, i kind of like what he say in the table, hahaha. It's fun + COOL I THINK, also he say what he say because he don't hide his emotion, Some ppl keep saying all these stuff but all inside their mind & heart, they keep emotion inside them, which is OK. but Earl is that kind of person who doesn't HIDE, he's an OPEN BOOK. and say whatever HE THINKS OF. which is nice I think, (Thats how I see it) :D:D

At times, Earl makes me cringe and I'm a big fan! In a pool world of so many emotionless players, guys like Earl, Kieth, Sigel, and anyone else who will show emotion and have an interesting style of play, keep my interest.

The Filipino guys keep my interest with what they can do with the cueball, thier strokes, not emotions, then there are the millions of "snooker" type players with the stoneface that put me to sleep. I understand thats how they learned, or coached, but MAN! that gets old. How can you make a stellar run out, or great bank, killer safety, and just march back to the chair like a robot and sit down? a little fist pump would be ok.....anything!
