Got to Meet krbsailing & 1pRoscoe!!

Took a drive up the road to Bellingham, WA this morning to the Village Pub & Eatery. Met up with Ken (krbsailing) and Ross (1pRoscoe) there. Ken was a most gracious host, and has a real nice place.....nice, well-maintained tables, all well spaced apart.

I haven't played 9-Ball since league ended back in March, and haven't played at all since last week.....got my butt summarily kicked...Lol. Didn't mind too much tho', as the company was great fun. Ken had to leave due to a prior committment, and I finally got Ross to give me a break and switch to 8-Ball.....in which I didn't do much better...but I did get one whole game from him...LOL!!!

It was great fun meeting them both...even if Ross is a little too serious about the game!! Can't wait to do it again!!! (Even if I did suck!)

Perhaps you can fill us in on Ross's "change of venue." Last we heard (2006 DCC) Ross was in Austin. I guess he has left Texas under suspicious circumstances (did Texas throw him out???). Inquiring minds want to know.

It was nice to meet the both of you as well. Ken was indeed the super host and I enjoyed myself as well. Hopefully I'll be able to make it back up there, but as long as the gas prices are the way they are, it'll be a little few and far between!!

Again, the hospitality was bar-none the best and it was nice to put names with faces!

If you are the Queen, in what succession does that leave the rest of us? I signed in the past Dutchess, but what I really want is to be a Princess. Do I get a smaller crown? I wanted to be a Royal Hineass as well.. lol! J/K You know I love ya!! That crown is the bomb!

I don't know what my problem was!! I went out and played in a shoot last night, and sucked out there too....arghhhh!! The best part of the evening was that I did FINALLY take a game from a local guy here that I have aspired to win against for a long time.....too bad it was a practice game!!...LOL!

Ross....next time we'll have to come down south. Would still be fun to have a PacNorthwest AZ Meet-n-Greet sometime this summer. Perhaps by then, I will be out of this freakin' slump! Like I told Ross, I'm no superstar, but I normally bring more game than I brought yesterday.
