How do I get support on the pay per view?

It was what seems like the most expensive per day I've ever seen...and I have no picture. Login fine, but just no video plays.

Sorry, I am not there today, but i believe they are experiencing internet issues according to Upstate Al.

I also believe the no chat room was requested by the room owners.

I will try to get a chat room on my live scoring page asap.

For the excessively high price, it needs to work. Every time. Not sometimes.

there was a problem bbetween the stream company and gotham. please refresh and log back into the stream
 
Stream back up. For some reason though I can't fullscreen or it goes all choppy. Small window its fine.
 
Yeah its unwatchable. 1 frame every few seconds...

Who is handling customer service now?

KM, did you logout and back in or just refresh? I logged out and back in and it looks fine on my end.

Also just an FYI. I was previously instructing my volunteers to include the stream table in our live scoring, but was told not to include it. I do understand their thinking and I have to respect their wishes. I will try to give you updates here from time to time.
