Grady in Betmore's Basement

I live in indy and didn't have any idea about this till yesterday when I was looking at his website; even then I had no idea how to go wherever he was going and I'm too young to get into chalkies.

Wait while I go shoot myself.

Thrash-man,
No need to resort to firearms. Attendance was by invitation only; and I've never met you. You will find, however, that hanging around AZB is a great way to meet pool players who are serious about the game. Check out the festivites at the next DCC - the AZB room is a great place to network.

There are several pro's who periodically visit and do a clinic or two in Betmore's Basement. I'll keep you in mind for the next one.

nice

Grady gave a slideshow presentation on the big plasma t.v. of the history of pool with photos. It was great seeing the old (and new as well) players, and hearing anecdotes on each one. The stories were priceless.

That makes it worth it right there, how long was the slide show?

M,
Slide show was about an hour and a half. There were quite a few other knowledgeable pool fanatics present to contribute a small tidbit here and there during the presentation.

The presentation had the flavor of the One Pocket Hall of Fame presentations (for those who have been fortunate enough to attend) but faster-paced and more info.
