Grady's "Senior Legends"

The Miz once held his senior tournament in Southern Pines, NC.

I believe the year was 2000 and the place was filled with pool legends.
I hope Grady has much success with his senior tournament. If anyone can pull it off, it's "The Professor".

There was also a Senior's event in Naples, FL and one at the Hard Rock in Tampa, FL.

(I attended both of those as well as the one in Biloxi, MS )

What the Hell is this ? I've spent the last 4-5 years getting my brains beat out by everyone under 50. Now you want me to participate in a tournament where the guys OVER 50 can pound on me. I don't suppose you'll consider a 75 and over tournament until you get there huh?

Dick

PS You know I'm kidding, Good luck with your effort. Lots of solid players over 50 now. I'd be there but my electric handicap scooter doesn't have a long enough extension cord.

Dick,

We are just going to have to team up with Keith, Johnny Henderson, Cole, and a few good ole boys and show up at Gradys.

Grady, good luck with the tournament --- I have a prior engagement with the wife (something about an anniversary) but Joe M from Columbia, SC said he would tell you hi for me.

50 eh? That makes Efren qualify, and Sigel, and probably a whole lot of others. How old is the recent topic of another thread Matlock? Plus Keith McCready, now a senior. Could be some awesome match ups. Crikey, even Earl is getting close to senior status...

entry requirements.

For the senior tournament, it's 9 Ball with "Grady's Rules". One must be over 50 but that is the only requirement to enter. In any of my tournaments, anyone with the entry fee can play. You know I hate invitationals. We'd love to have you play, Linda. Belinda played in my senior tournament in Naples and did quite well. I believe she plans to play in this one.

Grady, Any plans to ever have a seniors One Pocket tournament ?......So that for once, all of us 'distinguished gentleman senior one pocket players' don't have to fade young guns: Gabe, Corey, Tony C., L.Nevel, Shane, Shannon, etc. etc. firing at us......:)

***** GRADY'S "SENIOR LEGENDS *****

Grady,
What's the age bracket to be considered a Senior?
Stones

Yeah, but how do I qualify for the LEGEND part ?
Doug

That's easy, I'm a legend in my own mind.

Hell, I'm going, you may as well. They have buffets there.
