great idea

I used to teach a course at UCLA called "Pool, Billiards and Snooker." That was in the late 1970's, and was part of their Experimental College program. We held the class in the Student Union Building, and the poolroom had about 20 tables, including two billiard tables and one snooker table. ALL gone now! I only taught this class for two semesters, but we had maybe 15 students sign up each time. They actually got one credit for taking it. We met once a week for two hours. A long time ago now. They did this at Hudson Valley near me too, it was only recently discontinued a few years ago.
