Great service from Seyberts

I bought a Pechauer SE with custom fitted Predator 314-2 from Seyberts around a year ago for a terrific price. It's a very nice cue. Unfortunately, the shaft failed, causing the ferrule to crack. I sent the shaft back to Seyberts to look at and they've just told me they are sending a replacement, which I'm delighted about. I've heard many people have a hard time getting a replacement Predator shaft, so I wanted to feedback on my experience with Seyberts. As an overseas customer, it is particularly pleasing to have a no quibble response.

Thank you Seyberts!

Some of the nicest guys to deal with anywhere. Dealt with them over the phone and in person, great company.

Seyberts is also a sponsor of AZBilliards.com.

Not only a sponsor, but also the proprietor of the AZBMarketplace! (That is, if you visit http://azbmarketplace.com/ -- you are taken to a special portal within Seyberts.)

I agree with Tim (TheThaiger) -- Seyberts is one of my favorite places to shop precisely because of their customer service. It's nice to hear that this same great customer service seamlessly extends to customers outside the borders of the U.S.

+1 to Seyberts. I've order stuff from them to include a cue etc and had nothing but great dealings with them every single time. It's my go to place when I need/want something.

I've also had some great service from Seyberts. I bought several cases from them, when I got them they were mis-represented by the lady on the phone describing them to me, they took them back for a refund with no questions asked.

Seybert's is great. Fast turnaround. Good prices. Kamui chalk $3 less there than directly from Kamui:D.

Seybert's was the only place I would order from when I lived in England! They were awesome with me on every single purchase! Wish all online stores were as good as they are, but there can only be one #1 and Seybert's has that locked up!!

Yeah, the overseas bit was the important part for me. International shipping - both purchasing and returns - is always a concern, but they have taken the stress out of it. Long may that continue.

I don't understand the proprietor part - do they own the site? More to the point, are we, as members of this site, entitled to a whacking great discount?

Tim:

Yes, they do -- because the AZB Marketplace is actually *ON* their site. As to the discount, just visit the URL I gave you above, and you can read about it.

I try to purchase all my pool requirements through the AZB Marketplace if I can, unless some other site (e.g. Ozone, Muellers, billiards.com) offer a substantially better deal, or else have the item I want when the AZB Marketplace doesn't (rare).

Seyberts great service and prices are great. An customer service is second to none.

Cue Cases Deal

I ordered a 4X8 leather case off here the other day. Reg.$321.00 got it for $99.95 What a good deal!

Almost all my supplies and stuff are from either Seyberts or Pooldawg, another long time advertiser here and also a great company to do business with.

When I order from Seyberts I always go through the AZMarketplace to ensure our site gets credit for linking the customer to the purchase.

They were soldout last week, wish I could have bought 10 of them. They are really nice. Closeout special and only had like 5 of each color.

Who know's??? They proclaim to ship internationally. I live in the PI, called their "Customer Service" trying to ask a few questions about international shipment's. Reasonable inquiry for a potential customer, kinda expected to be received with some sort of respect...entertain me... Sounded like some young girl, probably doesn't even know the business end of a cue--she abruptly cut me off..."refer to the website Sir, it's self explanatory". Good Business, nothing like making a good "first impression".

They shipped to me when I lived in Brazil, and even made good on a customs screw-up. Try again.

They shipped to me internationally and were exceptionally helpful.
