yea..that was bout the time i just got into pool & gambling...That Cliff could play pretty sporty on the BB....He busted many of road players that came thru in them days...I remember Hump telling me a story about him staking Cliff against Jerry Pinto i think....and they were playing i think for either 1k or 2k a set going to 11 & Pinto won the flip & ran 9 on Cliff & finally missed a shot & Cliff turned back to Hump & said if I don't best this guy I'm gonna quit pool & go get me a day job.& then proceeded to bust Pinto...I guess Cliff really didn't like the idea of having a day job..lol
