Do your research before jumping to conclusions. Bruin is a VERY well known individual with a collection of some of the rarest cues out there.

I was the lunatic mind that guessed Rubino. And surprisingly, I was sober!!! I know. Me. Sober. Go figure.
Anyway, allow me to explain. I know Tommy is from New York and, by the time I posted Rubino, I had made two other guesses that were shot down. And about 30 other people made 30 other guesses that were also shot down. I was grasping at straws and thought, "well... lotsa dots. I've seen Rubino do that before. New York kid and New York cuemaker. Design lifted from other parties... maybe. who knows?"
It was more a shot in the dark than anything. Personally, after Cantando and Manzino were shot down, I was more inclined to think it was a Miranda or some other cheap Phillipino cue.

Having a lot of money to buy cues, and having nice cues has nothing to do with my post. I mainly object to WAWA's opinions of many top notch cuemakers, as do most others who have responded in this thread. Attitudes do make a difference to a lot of potential cue buyers. The size of his pocket book is irrelevent. He seems to be digging a deeper hole for himself every time he chimes in. I am not a hatter/hater, whatever you want to call me. I think others would say the same of me. Your opinion of me won't make me lose any sleep, and I don't expect you to lose any over mine of him, and now you. Take care. If you would like me to explain my comments regarding the design elements of the cue and why I wouldn't have made it that way, feel free to PM me to discuss off line. If that is how WAWA wanted it made, the the cuemaker did a fine job.

the cue is merely standard fare, within the grasp of many to do. if you dispute what i say, then i submit you're looking at the cue through thick rose colored glasses whilst having the gonads to chuck it up against some of the best spinners in the biz. the cue is what it is...please re-examine. the unfortunate thing is murrell is a decent builder(i rather like his work as being a smidge undervalued) but he made the mistake of hooking up with a yahoo who's gone overboard.

I was just plain out of guesses and tried to use a degree of deductive reasoning. Plus, it seems as if wawa hates a lot of the top notch makers out there so, who knows. Maybe he likes some of the lesser respected guys!!

Maybe a few of us can go off and start our own website called "AZHATTERS.com" I nominate ribdoner as official mascot, if he is willing. These two guys are real gems.
