Guido Orlandi/john Davis Blank Cue Stick For Sale

This great cue has been my playing cue for the last couple of months, so it's just about new. It's made by Guido Orlandi, with a John Davis full Spliced Blank. Weighs 19 ounces and has a 3/8's 10 stainless steel sleeve. Cue comes with (1) 13mm shaft. The wood is Leopard Wood, looks alot like lacewood. $500 Firm.

Wow! What a find!!

For those who don't know, Guido is THE PREMIERE shaft man in the country. I'd guess that just this shaft would run you $300+ from Guido.

No offense to Joe B (TN), Mark C, Scot S, Joe B (FL), and all the other shaft specialists out there, but Guido is a notch above anyone when it comes to shaft work, IMHO.

It was a sad day when Guido moved away from the West Coast, but he's still at most major Tourny's, and I know of many, many Pros who won't let anyone touch their shafts - including tip installs - besides Guido.

Folks, there's a reason why you never see these for sale. The few lucky ones who have one wouldn't dream of letting it go.

Yes, Guido is one hell of a cue-repair guy. He used to set up every year at our state tourney in Erie,PA...But now they have gotten greedy and he no longer does it. I bet thats one great playing cue! BUMP for a sure-to-be-nice cue!

I have hit some balls with this cue and can honestly say it plays Great!
Super deal considering Davis blanks start at $350 :eek:
This will make someone VERY happy!

is this the same Guido that offers about 6 different levels of "shaft polish" that cost up to 40 dollars?

G is a good friend of mine and has been for many years.
When he comes through town, I have the pleasure of hooking up, playing some 9-b, maybe two races to 9, then out to dinner to discuss life & cues. Loser buys time & dinner. I play hard cause G has expensive taste. Be ready for some super sweet, high points coming from Guido, he showed me about 10 blanks.. really gave me a sampling in Vegas last month.
