Haddad vs SVB ?

I don't know what the results were, but the game seems like a big mismatch to me. SVB could probobly give Haddad the 6 in a gambling session.

That spot is probably reasonable, although Haddad is a very good player.

This particular event it just an exhibition, they were supposedly charging $40+ at the door for VIP seating.

Yes, he is a good player. I know him from living in San Francisco.

The talk around the front range is that Haddad could be the best that the mile high city has to offer. I don't know the man but I see he wins or places well in the local tournaments. It seems that SVB is the real deal so it interesting to see how Haddad does.

I do know that SVB lost on the winner's side of the Colorado Open today. He was beat by a local player called ATM (Andy) 11-9. I went 1-2 today and didn't feel like sticking around to see how the board played out. Lots of good players in the tourney today.

Last night SVB beat Mark 15-13, It was alternate break and turned out to be very competitive. Everyone had a great time and saw some excellent pool. Thanks to Melissa Little and Wykoop for putting this on.

The tourney at CO Cue Club had a couple suprise entries: Jason Kirkwood & Chris Bartrum who are both on the winner side (8 left) and Shane is still kicking on the one loss side.

You must not know who Mark is if you think Shane could give him this spot:eek:   but that's all I'm going to say about that.

I was thinking the same thing. I don't think anybody has to like giving the snake the six.

He better not give hime the 7 much less the 6; Mark is a good player.

You don't get out much, do you big dog? Haddad is a handful for anybody even. When he catches his top gear, he can hang with anyone.

Well, it looks like I have plenty of people who will be willing to side bet me next time they play in a tournament. I never said Mark was a bad player, but guys like Shane can give the 6 to a whole lot of strong players. Keith used to give outrageous spots to really strong players, and would win more often than not. I consider Shane to be that good too. I wasn't taking anything away from Mark, I just don't see his game on that same level.

The top pro players always give the top shortstops the 7 and they always win. Regardless, i like Shane in this game.
