These cues need a little TLC - I spoke to Mr. Haley a few months back about repairing the cues and he said he would do the repairs needed for around $250-300, if I recall correctly.
The spider-webb cracking on the cue is the result of the lacquer finish he used, as per my conversation with Mr. Haley.
Something interesting I learned about the cue is that Mr. Haley actually used this as his personal playing cue for some time.
Here are the pictures I have of the cue and jump stick:

The jump stick is not signed, but in my conversation with Mr. Haley he said he would be willing to do so when refinishing the cues.
I hadn't had time to take the cues to him, and was really hoping to put this off and just not sell the cues. But, the time has come and the tax man needs some money - the cue just has to go.
I am taking offers on the cue at this point, as I really do not know what it is worth - though I have been told by many people that it is worth quite a bit.
[edit]
Also of note, what yellowish tone there is - I'm told by Mr. Haley was the result of the lacquer aging. I'd imagine the cue will look much nicer once refinished.
