Believe it or not I had a friend who moved to Florida quite a few years back and he was an alternate for the UFC. He worked out with Ken Shamrock everyday and basically said that Ken was probably the baddest individual he has ever met. That said alot coming from him.
And to think, a little guy like Royce Gracie could take Ken to a draw. Man, these guys are bad assed!
