Hand Carved Pool Cue

I have a Hand carved pool cue that I got for winning a pool tourney in 1989. I want to sell it but don't know how much to ask for it. It is 4 piece. I don't know who makes it. Any ideas on an asking price?
 
You won it in a pool tournament 20 yrs ago. It was worth $20 then...probably about the same now, if you could find somebody to buy it. Without pictures I'd say it's a cheap cue from Taiwan or the Phillipines.
