FTR, the EZ Jumper is legal in CSI play. In CSI play, pretty much anything that has a groove/loop for guiding the cue is probably going to be legal, as long as it does not support the bridge hand off the bed of the table (like the "Jump Buddy" - https://www.worthpoint.com/worthopedia/jump-buddy-handheld-bridge-billiards-244127994 ).
Dumb rule. There's no scaled entry fee/payoff for differently statured players.
Correction, labeled and sold by Predator. Predator is a “brand”, they don’t make anything, not tables, not cloth, not balls, not cues or shafts, not chalk. They get crap made by others and brand it and sell it.

Predator sells the factory defects and its helps the industry reduce money loss.
I visited a new carom room and the tables were not competition spec and the heating was not proper.
Any factory process with high production has defects, 100% quality satisfaction is unrealistic at large scale.
Billiards business spend a lot to put their products on display, they are already in debt.
A handheld jump bridge is good, it make you want to shoot more close up and using a short bridge.
Pool needs a foul shot, or free throw, or penalty kick.

Curving around or over, both are doing the same thing, not going in a straight line.
While one stays n the table the other leaves but returns really makes no difference. After all hard break shots the cue ball leaves the table also.

Don't ban jumping...ban jump cues.
