Happy 94th birthday to my dear friend NY Larry Gendler. Here's hoping 2021 is far better for him than 2020 where he, like so many of us, had to stay away from the sport we love.

Larry and I made the trip twice in February to our VA to get our covid shots so with appropriate precautions we should be good to go.

It was great to see him at the pool hall a few days ago giving Mike the Dentist a tough time on table 4. 😬

Dem Brooklyn kids is tough. Moms grew up in Flatbush. She will be 96 next month.

They never lose the accent. I enjoy listening to Larry, could talk to him all day.

You got that right. My Brooklyn born and raised 97 year old uncle and 98 year old aunt are still going strong. He is the inventor of many children's toys including the Barrell of Monkeys, and busies himself playing the market, where's he's made millions! He understood the principles of "hedge funds" before there were hedge funds. My aunt still manages her own portfolio of investments and is sharp as a tack. I go to them for advice!
