So, if I understand. the medium will be untreated and the soft and hard are treated? Is that how it be continue or will you eventually treat the medium also?

I can answer that question with 100% certainty. I have no idea and have thought long and hard.
 
I'm curious if Medium Oinkers are 5-layered also? Pics of Soft and Hard show that clearly, but not so with Meds. In January I was thinking they were just untreated UltraSkins. Now it seems though the leather goes through different approach anyway, Oinkers must be totally different process set up from scratch. Hats off!
 
what does the chemical treatment do to the tip?

I could answer this to the point I would even confuse myself and I have no patenents. Lets simply say have you ever heard of say Meat Tenderniser or products that toughen leather?
