Yes, he hit some good kick safes during that match and the interview was interesting. I believe he won another tournament on the Jacoby tour after this one. I'm wasn't surprised when he went deep in the U S Open, his game looked good during this tournament.

However I think it was a very sloppy out.
1. He wasnt trying to hit the 3 while playing shape on the 2.
2. He over hit or under hit the 3-8 combo nearly hiding the 3
3. He rattled the 5 a good bit giving bad position on the 6
Great shooting though admitedly I can only hope to one day attain the confedence to be able to play like that under those conditions.
Coming out of your chair from 2 scratches and a dry brake to run that rack!!! Holy cow sh&t bat man.
I think Efren runs like two racks in less then 1:40 seconds. LOL

I'm not saying it was perfect, but it was a tough out and he got there.
I remember watching that match. I used to think Fong Pang Chao was the baddest player on the planet! I hadn't even heard of Efren back then. Supposedly FPC only shows up for the big money events.
Seeing that is says Brunswick on the side I'll assume it's the real deal.
