Everyone have a good and SAFE memorial day weekend! several tournaments have poped up for this weekend in my area and for those of you participating in your local tournys this weekend, GOOD LUCK!!!!

Thanks to everyone currently serving, and those who have served, in the armed forces. Each and every one of you play a huge part in keeping this country free. thanks for standing up for this great country!

Have a great restful weekend everyone!! Not sure how it happens but it seems like I get up earlier on the weekends than during the week for work. Heading to Skamania Lodge Saturday morning for a round of golf. Played for the first time this season in a golf tourney on Wednesday and played excellent. Made a 510yd par 5 in 2. Lagged to two feet and a tap in birdie. Also stuck a 4 iron from 190 to 6' for another. Also had a 280 drive and stuck my 56deg wedge a foot from the cup on the approach for a third birdie. I hate best ball tourneys though, can't tell how you really would have done.

So hopefully I'll do well in my first solo round this year. I guess the course is tight and you have to use good club selection and when to layup. Here is the link to the lodge. Pretty nice place in the Columbia River Gorge. http://www.skamania.com/

BBQ/pool at a friends Saturday night, Sunday get together with some other friends and rest on Monday. :p
 
I'll join in & wish everyone a good Memorial Day weekend. I think mine is likely to be pool-free, those that know me will know I'm hopping around again so apart from league I'm trying to keep my foot up!

But you never know, 2 tourneys at the PH makes it hard to say no!;)
