Headed to Dallas (Grapevine). Any pool related suggestions?

The last time I met up with an out-of-stater for some pool-shooting, I went home with a MUCH lighter wallet!!!

Try Volcano's in Hurst. It's not that far from Grapevine. Maybe 8 to 10 miles as the crow files.

$10 Tourneys Fri, Sat and Sun at 8 pm.
It's full of league play on Tues and Thurs until 10 pm.

Don't worry I'm a working stiff and am not LOOKING to gamble, let's just play for play as vince said once is fine too. But if not do you know of any places with reasonable rates and decent equipment. Thanks.

I was in AZ last month and went to Metro...The OX.. A lot of good tournaments but couldn't get any action tho..... I went to bullshooters and about 200 people in there andcouldnt get a game.... R u really not looking for action? Id like to play some

I was in Dallas a few years ago (some of these places starts to blend together). But, if I recall, there was a place called something like Mr. D's, supposedy an action room, in a run down mall? A lot of 3C tables, but I think the pool tables had 3C rubber on them too. They had no-name plates on them (Mexican imports?). I got on a table, missed a cross-side shot and watched the ball effortlessly go like five rails back and forth. It was amazin'. There was a good room, CJ Wiley's place, but I heard it closed. Maybe there are some Click's left...
