That building is huge. I sent Ewa a message to see if she still had the old floor plans to it

Its about 167,000 ft and it has been split so I am hoping 50-70 thousand ft at a great price.

Love the awning out front I am thinking large open air bar with heat and air!

And..........

Thank you,
I understand pool is on the downswing in alot of places. If you ever have a chance to visit Mr Cues II in atlanta do so. You will see that some people still succeed even in a grim market. I have been around pool most of my life and I think I have a plan that will work in our area. I had one of the most succesful rooms in the Cleveland area and I like to think it wasn't by accident. My old room is still there 21 years later its called Big Daddys.
My plan is simple...get the APA involved, take care of the "players" have alot of tables 50-60 so I can offer cheap rates for todays struggling community. Have a full bar on one side and a under 17 side also. Leagues and tournaments, on bar tables and 9 fters.
Oh, and work everyday 18 hrs a day for no pay!
Hows that sound.
Not be in debt to start out.

...............And great food...............;):p

Hello Mike. You won't remember me, but I stopped in your place in N. Ridgevile several times when I lived in Cleveland. Played you a few games...knocking them around.

You had some great tournaments. Last one I remember was the tournament the weekend prior to the Akron Open in 1992.

Ralph Carnes ended up beating Tony Ellin in the finals and then Tony went on to win the Akron Open against Jeff Carter the following weekend.

Lots of good players in Ohio.

Good luck in your new venture. Hope you aren't using Olhausen tables again.

Thanks,
I remember that tournament Tony and his wife or girlfriend came it was a great time.
Those were Gandy Big Gs.
I am looking at Gold Crown IIIs for the 9 footers and either diamond or Vally bar tables. Our cities here are played on 80 Diamond smart tables.
Used tables are cheap right now but buying 80-120 of anything will not be cheap no matter what.
I have a few hurdles to make but I was always a pretty good jumper;)

Hey Mike, (this is rooster) good luck with the venture it sounds great.

I am very happy today. Wife is out of surgery all went well.
I also have good news on some of the tables.
It is a great day!

Great news about your wife Mike, praying for a quick recovery! I was going too ask about that glove you were wearing I'd never seen anyone wear one in pool.

Good news.
Hope the surgery wasn't anything serious.
Chris has cancer, brain, lung, bone, liver. She had a small intestine blockage and it turned out to be a tumor so they cut it out. Good news is it is gone and her intestines and stomach looked fine. Thank God.

Its a bowling glove I use to help me break my bad habit of twisting my wrist, looks funny but works for me.
