Helmstetter VIP cue with Ivory inlays.

Adam/Helmstetter cues were made in Japan.
You cant take a cue into Japan with ivory in it. So i doubt that they made any in Japan with Ivory.

For quite a few years, Adam / Helmstetter worked with a material they called cerocite, if memory serves me correctly. Probably one of many available composites, used on some of their buttplates, and I suspect inlays as well. I wouldn't be surprised if that's what these inlays are.

All the best,
WW

I think OP needs to start a new thread titled "What is cerocite and how long does it take to transition to a cue with it?"
