Help....Girl needs a cue.

Ive been on here a long time with a great reputation on line as well as in person. I don't know why anyone would take such a great thing such as random act of kindness as try to turn it into anything else but anyone risking their own integrity for a pink cue and accessories has major problems. Im not one of those people.

In terms of the email I asked to give me an email address and this is what she gave me. I don'I don't really see any problems with. Feel free to send her an email but in no way am I giving her phone number for security reasons. If youre in the area id be more than happy to introduce her so she can thank you in person.

Its sad to think that by trying to do something nice for someone others ruin it by turning it to something that its not.

Help those who can't help themselves...which is what I was taught.

Either way jenny is happy and all of those who contributed made it happen.

Simply put:
This is simply ridiculous if you think this is a sham, etc.

I know Doug personally and am a very good friend. I have seen his array of high end cues and many accessories and can't absolutely fathom any reason he would just take these generously donated items. It's just absurd and nonsensical.


@21gambler please prove us all wrong and take a dated/verified picture of your Jenny doppelganger that you claim to know along with the donated goods and explain your association. Until then, do us all a favor...Stay hidden underneath that bridge and go troll another thread.

I totally agree! Doug has so much integrity and is a great guy. Unless the cause is just, he has better things to do than ask for donations on someone's behalf. I for one am proud to call him my friend.

Has she found a cue......

I've got a few nice Player cues that are new that maybe she would like. Let me know if we can put something in her hands that she would be happy with playing with.....not sure about a case!?

I got two large packages...and gave them both to Jenny that night.

she got a pink viking pool cue and a black butter fly case..both of which was brand new.

I don't remember seeing a jump break cue in either of those boxes so I sent a pm to Webb Billiards to see if there were included in those packages.

Along that she got several stuff two pocket chalkers (one bullet and one custom made one from morturary mike) 3 boxes of chalk (2 were blue diamond boxes) a black pool glove and a new ultimate tip tool and a tip.

Someone also donated a tshirt which she has yet to select a size.

Not sure if a jump/break or "bj" was donated by an AZ member but I'm fairly confident that isn't what was being referred to out of this.

Overall it looks like jenny got a nice suprize.
With the jump cue problem still kinda pending.
Shipping is a nightmare during Christmas and could be the reason for the missing jump cue.

she loves her equipment. Is still getting used to the jump break cue as it takes a while to learn how to break. She told me she feels like a real pool player now that she has her own equipment. Thanks to everyone on azb.
 
How about take some pictures of the girl actually have received all those donated equipments for the people that donated those items? There's been alot of scam going on in AZB. Maybe this will make this kind of post keep positive just my 2 cents
