Its worth slightly more than the refinish will cost you. If you're looking to flip it, just put it on ebay or offer it here.

I would put it on ebay with a starting bid of $100, fees are less without a reserve.

Sell the case separately.

YOU ALWAYS MAKE MORE MONEY IF YOU SEPERATE THEM.
