Help ID cue

This cue was purchased in mid to late 80's around the Minneapolis area. I'm wondering what brand it might be.

If you can post a close up of the joint and buttcap someone will probably know. Whats going on in the bottom, cant zoom in on the computer but is it textured. My pc says Viking but it aint sure.

The guy had the butt plate replaced but now it's chipping.

No, it's flat faced, but 5/16x18.
