Help ID this cue

I picked up this cue and had Rick Phillippi re-finish it. I thing I am going to let it go but I cannot make out the maker . It has Ivory joint and cap and made with a very slim butt with almost no taper . I am posting photos of the signatures maybe it will to help ID it.

I would think that there is at least another 151 cues out in circulation , that someone would have heard of him???

Could it be a training cue? I mean something someone made as an apprentice. Drew and Lee sounds like a collaboration, most cue makers work alone and production makers don't usually sign cues and do have logos. The cue looks to nice (even though plain) to have been made by amateurs.
