Help Identify This Cue

A friend of mind is hoping someone might be able to help identify this cue. Don't know much about it, he thinks it might be an old Brunswick. Anything would help

cue id

Based on the pointy pin and those veneers.. I'm going with an Adams.
 
Adams late 70s or early 80s

It has been refinished. Not much value, but play decently.

Good pickup.

Thanks for all the info, i'm not sure he's trying to sell the cue he just wanted to know what it was. He picked it up at a very reasonable price. I think we found it in the Blue Book seems it was called "Cougar"
