Help identify this cue

This cue seems to be all aluminum with a screw on ferrule. Any help identifying the brand. I'm also looking to buy a shaft for it. Thank you.
 
It's not mine. But you know how it is,it doesn't matter what it's worth to anyone but the guy that owns it or wants it. The guy wants a shaft for it.

Tell your guy that unless by some stroke of complete luck, finding a new shaft that will fit that cue is going to be less than easy. That joint is extremely uncommon. And if he wants one made the cost will far outweigh the value of the cue. He'd be better off just getting an inexpensive McDermott Lucky cue or something like that.
 
Maybe a good machine shop could make a shaft. Damned if I can figure why you'd want one, though. Nostagia?
 
That has to play like absolute dogshit
I bought several of these to make break cues with. I'd fill the handle with weight right where my back hand held the cue. With all the weight right under your grip hand a 22 oz cue felt like a 16 oz cue.
