Help identify unknown custom cue (opinions on who may have made it)?

I am just curious on opinions on who may have made the cue in the pictures below, and opinions about the quality of the cue?

Thanks for any opinions about the cue.

I really love the looks of it.

Its a copy of a Gina. It could have been made by anyone willing to make a copy rather than an original design. Its of poor quality.

Looks like a fairly typical looking copy of a Ginacue made in the Phillipines....also looks to be typical quality for those cues.

So how much would a good quality copy of that Gina cue be worth (from an unknown cue maker), and are you pretty sure that it is from the Phillippines? Thanks

I used to own this cue and used to know the name of the person who made it too. I had the white leather wrap installed before I got rid of it. The cue hits pretty nicely. I sold it to my buddy Ted who has since passed away.
