Your titlist conversion cue could very well be a very early Richard Helmstetter made cue. there is a post made by member manwon from march 26 2010 that shows the cue. the other one, I do not know. The Helmstetter would most likely be from the 60's. May be a Gandy as well. Better picture of joint pin and a photo of the very bottom may help.
The first cue does have an odd look but it could just be a lighting/finish thing. I just worked on an old Huebler that looks like a similar wood and was hoping someone could identify the wood used. The difference between the original finish, no finish, and a new finish was striking. So it could be real just the image might look off.Gandy is a good guess, they used very similar rings. Usually when I see those rings, Gandy is a good go-to for a guess. Viking is a bit similar also.
The top cue with the dots in the points is a bit interesting, would need some better pictures of it overall, it looks like something good at some areas but some others say "cheap import". Something about the wood grain seems fake, like an overlay or paint vs natural wood grain.
