Help ID'ing maker of a mystery cue

Hoping someone would be able to identify this cue. Here are the 3 pictures I took, but if you need a closer pic or a different angle to help identify please ask. I cannot see a single logo or any type of marking at all.

My dad coincidentally has 2 extra Thomas Wayne shafts without a cue that match, but not exactly so I'm skeptical.

Please remove the bumper of the cue and take a photo of the weight bolt of the cue and the screw that holds the bumper on. Then take another picture of the cues pin and the joint area.

Might be a libra? I know they made a bunch of cues with points similar to that....the high low white points
